The adoption of our daughter was and is the greatest moment in our lives. We feel truly lucky that Eliza Li has completed our family. We traveled with five other families and they all felt the same. Everyone felt the babies were all meant to be with the families they were put with.
We were in China for two weeks. The first week we were in the capital city of the Hunan Province, Changsha. This is the area where Eliza Li was born. We had a great time exploring the city, we also officially adopted Eliza there and did the paperwork for Eliza’s passport. The second week we were in Guangzhou, this is where the American Embassy is located. This is a very exciting and modern city. The trip couldn't have been smoother, and we would love to share our experiences with anyone traveling to China to adopt their child. E-mail us here. |
